  • 12 sm raw new potatoes
  • 1/3 c. butter or possibly margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp grated lemon peel
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice

Инструкции

  1. Pare a strip around center of each potato, if you like. Cook potatoes in boiling water till fork-tender; drain well. In small saucepan, heat butter. Add in remaining ingredients; mix well. Cook till thoroughly heated. Place warm potatoes in serving dish; pour butter over potatoes.
