  • 1 lb Fresh / thawed Halibut steak or possibly filet, ( or possibly any other type of white fish)
  • 4 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
  • 4 Tbsp. Cooking Sherry, ( or possibly White Wine )
  • 2 x Stash Tea Lemon Blossom tea bags
  • 1 c. Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. Sliced Shallots, ( an onion may be substitute ) Pepper Salt Garlic Pwdr

  1. Just wanted to share a couple recipes I found at this web site for those who do not have web access and those rgar do here is the site:
  2. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray a baking dish with the nonstick spray and place the halibut in the dish. Add in lowfat milk and cooking sherry. Add in a dash of pepper, salt and garlic pwdr over the fish . Sprinkle the contents of one lemon blossom tea bag over the fish. Place shallots and mushrooms on top of the fish. Again add in a dash of pepper, salt, and garlic pwdr.
  3. Sprinkle the contents of the last lemon blossom tea bag over the fish.
  4. Cover cooking dish with lid or possibly aluminum foil and cook for approximately 25 min. Check fish after 20 min making sure not to over cook. When the fish flakes easily when poked with a fork, it is considered ready to serve.
