Lemon Berry Tart

Use blueberries, mixed berries (except strawberries) for this breakfast or brunch tart.

Peaches work, too.

Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 sticks soft butter
  • 1 C fresh berries, rinsed and dried on paper towels
  • 1 1/2 C sugar
  • 1 C AP flour
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • garnish: powdered sugar

Инструкции

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Sprinkle berries on the bottom of a 9" pie plate.
  3. Combo all the ingredients and pour over berries.
  4. Bake 40-45 Minutes.
  5. Remove and let cool.
  6. Sprinkle on powdered sugar.
