Ингредиенты

  • 8 ounce linguine or possibly other pasta
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine melted
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp McCormick Basil Leaves
  • 3/4 tsp McCormick Garlic Salt
  • 1/4 tsp McCormick Grnd Black Pepper
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese Lemon slices to garnish Fresh basil leaves to garnish Sauteed chicken cutlets to serve (optional)

Инструкции

  1. Cook pasta in unsalted water according to package directions. Drain pasta and return to pot.
  2. Combine melted butter, lemon juice, basil, garlic salt, and pepper in small bowl. Add in to cooked pasta and toss gently.
  3. Spoon into serving dish and sprinkle with cheese. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh basil leaves. Serve immediately with sauteed chicken cutlets, if you like.
  4. Variations: Add in 2 c. cooked, cubed chicken or possibly 1 lb. cooked, peeled, and deveined large shrimp with seasonings and toss gently. Eliminate chicken cutlets.
  5. This recipe yields 4 servings.
