  • 1 1/2 lb Grnd beef
  • 4 slc Bread, diced
  • 1/4 c. Lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. Chopped onion
  • 1 x Egg, beaten
  • 2 tsp Seasoned salt
  • 1/2 c. Catsup
  • 1 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd allspice
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd cloves
  • 1/3 c. Brown sugar
  • 1 x Lemon, sliced

Инструкции

  1. Combine meat loaf ingredients in a large bowl & mix well. Shape into 6 individual meat loaves or possibly 1 large meat loaf. Place in 13x9-inch pan or possibly loaf pan. Bake 15 min at 350, then mix sauce ingredients; pour sauce over loaves & top with lemon slices. Bake 45 min more.
  2. Serves 6.
