  • 1 c. Soft butter
  • 1/2 c. Powdered sugar
  • 2 c. Flour ds Salt
  • 4 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c. Flour
  • 2 c. Granulated sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. Lemon juice (FRESH!!) Grated rind of 2 lemons

Инструкции

  1. Combine crust ingredients and mix well. Press mix in 9 x 13- inch greased pan. Bake at 350 F for 15 min or possibly till lightly browned.
  2. Combine flour and sugar; fold in beaten Large eggs, lemon juice and rind. Pour onto slightly cooled crust. Bake at 350 F for 25 min or possibly till filling is set. Cold and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
