%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIna%20Garten%20comes%20through%20again%20as%20her%20little%20Barefoot%20Contessa.%20So%20thankful%20she%20did.%20I%20am%20trying%20to%20use%20things%20in%20my%20freezer%20so%20they%20won't%20get%20to%20waste%20when%20I%20move%20at%20the%20end%20of%20March,%20and%20I%20found%20this%20turkey%20in%20the%20back%20of%20it.%20Don't%20even%20remember%20why%20I%20bought%20it%20-%20maybe%20just%20b/c%20it%20was%20on%20sale.%20So,%20I%20looked%20on%20line.%20This%20morning%20I%20had%20plenty%20of%20time%20on%20my%20hands%20(after%20my%2012%20hours%20of%20sleep,%20745-745,%20I%20was%20so%20tired%20and%20it%20was%20needed,%20some%20AWESOME%20sleep)%20so%20I%20just%20let%20it%20cook%20in%20the%20oven.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIt%20was%20SO%20MOIST%20and%20flavorful!%20Loved%20it.%20I'm%20going%20to%20be%20using%20it%20on%20salads,%20maybe%20for%20a%20sandwich,%20mostly%20for%20turkey%20tetrazzini%20I%20am%20making%20for%20a%20family%20with%20a%20new%20baby%20on%20Tuesday.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EYum!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDry%20turkey%20breast%20with%20a%20paper%20towel.%20Mix%20garlic%20through%20oil%20into%20a%20paste%20-%20smear%20on%20and%20under%20the%20turkey%20(under%20the%20skin).%20Place%20skin%20side%20up%20in%20a%20roasting%20pan%20(or%20on%20a%20rack).%20Pour%20wine%20in%20the%20bottom%20of%20the%20dish.%20Bake%20for%20about%202.15%20hours%20at%20325%20covering%20about%20halfway%20through%20because%20the%20skin%20will%20get%20too%20dark.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20is%20so%20moist,%20and%20the%20wine%20and%20lemon%20and%20olive%20oil%20are%20very%20good%20things!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
