1/3 c. lowfat milk 1/4 c. oil 1 egg 1/2 c. leftover cooked cereal

1. (Oatmeal, Zoom, Malt-O-Meal, Cream of Rice, or possibly Wheat Hearts).Put together and divide among muffin cups. Bake in 350 degree oven 20 min.
