  • 300 gm Cooked white rice, (any type)
  • 350 gm Ripe berries, prepared
  • 4 Tbsp. Vanilla sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Berry conserve
  • 1 ounce Zest, shredded, juice squeezed
  • 450 gm Creme fraiche, (or possibly fromage frais) Extra fruits or possibly mint to decorate

Инструкции

  1. Whizz the rice, half of the berries, and all of the sugar along with the fruit conserve briefly in a food processor to a rosy puree. Layer this in 4 serving glass dishes or possibly bowls.
  2. Add in a layer of remaining fruit, the juice then the dairy product of your choice. Add in the zest.
  3. Decorate with extra fruits or possibly mint and serve cold.
