Ингредиенты

1 bag sauerkraut liquid removed 1 tart apple minced into small pcs 1 can of beer 1 onion, chopped

1/4 tsp black pepper 1 Tbsp. brown sugar 3 Tbsp. butter 1 bag Kluski noodles, cooked

Инструкции

1. Cook kraut, apple, beer, onion, pepper in heavy sauce pan till all liquid is gone. Fold in brown sugar, warm cooked noodles and butter. It's really good served with fresh rye bread.
