  • 1 large can green enchilada sauce. about 1 pound chicken. Cheese & corn tortillas

Инструкции

  1. boil chicken till falls off bone.
  2. add chicken and some enchilada sauce set aside
  3. put enchilada sauce on bottom of pie plate.
  4. layer sauce, tortillas,shredded cheese repeat ending with cheese on top.
  5. bake 350 degree oven for about 20-30 min
  6. let cool
