Ингредиенты

2 pkt (8 ounce. each) cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. mayonanaise
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
1 x taspoon dijon mustard

1/2 c. sliced green onions, green part only
3/4 c. diced tomato
1 lb lump crab meat
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Инструкции

In medium bowl, cream together cream cheese, mayonnaise, cayenne peppers, garlic pwdr and mustard. Proportionately spread in bottom of pizza pan or possibly 12 inch round tray. Sprinkle onions and tomatoes over cream cheese mix. Top with crab meat and Cheddar cheese. Serve with assorted crackers or possibly plain tortilla chips.
