  • 1 can (15 ounce) chick peas, liquid removed
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 3/4 c. Pesto sauce
  • 1 sm. zucchini, shredded
  • 1 sm. tomato, minced
  • 3/4 c. (3 ounce) shredded Parmesan cheese

Инструкции

  1. In small bowl, mash chick peas with lowfat sour cream. Spread mix over large platter. Spoon pesto sauce over chick pea mix. Top with zucchini and tomato; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve with toasted Italian bread slices, bread sticks or possibly assorted crackers. Makes about 5 cups of dip.
