Summer spells lots of fun outdoor activities.

When you go out for the day, pack yourself a picnic lunch.

Remember that these are memories you will keep for a lifetime. Picnics are fun. A great way to get outdoors, let the kids play and the adults enjoy the memories these these things are made from.

Today the Sunday Supper Movement will be sharing recipes to help pack the best picnic meals all summer long. Thanks to Heather from Girl Chef for hosting today’s #SundaySupper event.

I prepared an easy layered chicken salad that is fun to make and tastes fantastic. If you don’t want to hassle with individual jars, you can just make a big bowl and take it with you. Just remember to keep tat salad dressing on ice.
