Name: Larry's Dark Zucchini Bread
Ingredients: 3 x Large eggs; 1 c. Oil; 2 c. Brown sugar; 3 tsp Vanilla; 3 c. Grated zucchini; 1 Tbsp. Molasses; 4 c. Flour; 1 tsp Salt; 1 tsp Soda; 1/4 tsp Baking pwdr; 2 tsp Cinnamon; 1 tsp Allspice; 1 tsp Nutmeg; 1/2 c. Minced nuts

Ингредиенты

3 x Large eggs
1 c. Oil
2 c. Brown sugar
3 tsp Vanilla
3 c. Grated zucchini
1 Tbsp. Molasses
4 c. Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Soda
1/4 tsp Baking pwdr
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Allspice
1 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 c. Minced nuts

Инструкции

Beat Large eggs, oil, & brown sugar together. Add in vanilla, zucchini, & molasses.
Mix dry ingredients together. Add in to the zucchini "wet" mix. Add in nuts.
Mix well. Bake in floured loaf pan at 350F for approximately 1 hr.
Larry bakes bread when we grow zucchini. This is my favorite version. His is the Light bread version. I have used both recipes for years. Do not remember the original inspiration, this has been tweaked with a lot over time.
