Ингредиенты

1 1/2 c. seasoned croutons 2 c. chicken or possibly turkey, lg. chunk 1 c. minced celery 1 lg. onion, minced 1 green pepper, minced 2 cans mushrooms

1 c. water chestnuts, sliced 2 cans mushroom soup 1 c. half & half 1/4 c. cooking sherry wine 8 ounce grated Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. croutons

Инструкции

1. Mix together first 7 ingredients. Put in large buttered casserole dish. Mix together next 3 ingredients (mushroom soup, half & half, sherry wine). Pour over casserole. Top with grated Cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup croutons. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min uncovered.
