- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add in bacon, lamb and onions. Cook stirring for approximately 5 min or possibly till lamb is brown. Transfer mix to casserole dish. Stir in stock, wine, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, chutney, flour mix and half the parsley. Cover and place in oven for 2 hrs or possibly till lamb is tender. Stir occasionally. Season to taste. Sprinkle with remaining parsley.
