Lamb In A Hot Garlic Sauce

Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 lb Spinach or possibly any green Vegetable
  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 lb Lean lamb, thinly sliced
  • 4 x Cloves garlic,finely minced Freshly grnd white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Nuoc Mam sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Oyster sauce Fresh sprigs of mint and/or possibly Cilantro to garnish

Инструкции

  1. Blanch the greens in boiling water for 1 minute. Drain and place on a serving dish.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok and stir-fry the lamb till nearly cooked. This shouldn't take more than 2 min. Add in the garlic, pepper, sugar, Nuoc Mam sauce, and oyster sauce and stir-fry till the lamb is completely cooked and tender.
  3. Pour the lamb and sauce over the greens. Garnish with mint and/or possibly cilantro.
