- Directions: Core the tomatoes, removing seeds. Dice the tomatoes into 3/8" cubes. Marinate the tomatoes in the lemon juice for six hrs prior to use.
- Combine the tomatoes, onions, lemon juice, lime juice, cilantro and jalepenos. Season with salt and pepper. Store in refrigerator till using.
- Garnish with minced cilantro before serving.
