A cocktail created around my friend Vina's Bachelorette party which was being organised by my wife and her friends on a yacht. The theme of the party was Kylie's concert and as it was held on board a yacht, the name stuck as the 'Kylie Cruise' cocktail.

Ингредиенты

  • Twinings Pure Peppermint Herbal Tea 1 Tea Bag (Use 45 Ml per drink of the brewed infusion)
  • Sugar 15 Gms
  • Vodka 40 ML
  • Lime Juice OR Triple Sec 5 ML
  • Strawberries (Frozen) 6 to 8 whole pieces
  • Ice - 6- 8 cubes

Инструкции

  1. Brew the tea bag in a cup of boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes
  2. Add Strawberries, 45 ML peppermint tea, Lime juice / triple sec, Sugar, ice and Vodka into a blender.
  3. Blend for approx 20 seconds till the ice and strawberries have blended finely.
  4. Pour into a chilled martini or daiquiri glass.
