This is a recipe we adapted to suit our tastes living on the Kwelera River East Coast South Africa,
Its simple and easy to do and great for the out doors , We do ours on a Skottle braai, a disc bbq device,otherwise a large frying pan is good

- GRATE GINGER-,GARLIC
- CHOP CHILLI.
- MIX OLIVE OIL,GINGER/GARLIC,CHILLI/PERI OIL,SWEET CHILLI LEMON JUICE (ADD SOME ZEST OF LEMON IF DESIRED) LET SIT FOR AN HOUR TO INFUSE.
- SPRINKLE SEAFOOD SPICE ON FISH FILLETS LIBERALLY
- PUT BUTTER IN WOK/PAN ON MEDIUM HEAT,
- ADD CHOPPED MUSHROOMS THEN FISH AND POUR MIX OVER FISH
- FRY SLOWLY TURNING FISH IN SAUCE REGULARLY.
- SERVE OVER RICE
