Soup ingredients.

|
Mise En Place for ingredients.
|
|
|
Brown sausage and onions in oil.
|
|
|
Drain to remove fat. Add garlic and white wine to deglaze pan.
|
|
|
Add potatoes and Kale.
|
|
|
Bring to boil. Cover and reduce to simmer. Simmer until potatoes and Kale are tender. 10-15 minutes.
|
|
|
Remove from heat and add half/half.
|
|
|
Serve with crusty bread and a salad.
