- Prepare Kababs as directed. Shape as fingers. Arrange in pyrex. Bake at 350x to 400xF. for 30 minutes. Mix the tahini w/ lemon and water till it becomes smooth. Add in yogurt and vinegar. Pour on the meat and bake till done. Serve w/ rice.
