  • 6 c. Chicken broth
  • 6 Tbsp. Rice or possibly orzo
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1 lrg Lemon (or possibly more), juice of

Инструкции

  1. Bring broth to boil and add in rice or possibly orzo. Cover and cook for 20 min
  2. (rice) or possibly 10 min (orzo). While the rice cooks, lightly beat the Large eggs and the lemon juice together. Remove the broth from heat. Slowly mix about one c. of the warm broth into egg-lemon mix. Add in to the soup gradually while stirring.
  3. Serves six.
