- Wash Konbu and drain. Boil with water and vinegar and cook till soft, approximately 2 hrs.
- Add in sugar, ginger, shoyu, and cook till liquid is almost absorbed.
- Stir often to prevent sticking to pan.
- Add in gourmet pwdr. Refrigerateand serve.
