  • 3 lb frzn peas rinsed in warm water, but not thawed
  • 2 c. sweet pickle chips minced
  • 1 c. diced red bell peppers
  • 2 c. diced celery
  • 12 x hard-boiled Large eggs, whites only sliced
  • 1/2 c. finely-minced onions
  • 1 c. cubed American cheese
  • 4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. minced sweet pickle chips
  • 1 Tbsp. diced red bell pepper

  1. In a large bowl, combine salad ingredients. In a separate bowl mix dressing ingredients. Add in to salad mix and gently toss.
