  • 1 x kiwifruit peeled and cut into 8 pcs
  • 1 c. honeydew melon cubes, frzn
  • 6 ounce kiwi-lemon or possibly lemon or possibly Key lime soy yogurt
  • 1 c. vanilla soy lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. frzn apple juice concentrate, thawed

  2. This pretty, pale green smoothie is my favorite. (See if becomes yours too.) I buy fresh, cubed melon at the salad bar or possibly in pkgs., already sliced, then cut it into cubes to freeze. Adding soy pwdr boosts the protein to 22 grams.
  3. In blender, combine kiwifruit, melon, yogurt, soy lowfat milk and apple juice concentrate. Blend till smooth and creamy. Serve right away.
  4. HIGH PROTEIN VARIATION: Follow the recipe, but increase soy lowfat milk to 1 1/2 c. and add in 2 Tbsp. soy protein pwdr.
