- This pretty, pale green smoothie is my favorite. (See if becomes yours too.) I buy fresh, cubed melon at the salad bar or possibly in pkgs., already sliced, then cut it into cubes to freeze. Adding soy pwdr boosts the protein to 22 grams.
- In blender, combine kiwifruit, melon, yogurt, soy lowfat milk and apple juice concentrate. Blend till smooth and creamy. Serve right away.
- HIGH PROTEIN VARIATION: Follow the recipe, but increase soy lowfat milk to 1 1/2 c. and add in 2 Tbsp. soy protein pwdr.
