Ингредиенты

  • 4 x Veal Cutlets, Lean *
  • 1 tsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper, White
  • 1/4 c. Red Wine
  • 2 tsp Evaporated Lowfat milk
  • 16 ounce Cherries,Tart, Canned, Drain
  • 1 x Parsley

Инструкции

  1. Veal cutlets should weigh about 6 ounce each.
  2. Pat cutlets dry with paper towels.
  3. Heat oil in frypan and brown cutlets on each side approximately 3 min. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Remove cutlets from pan and keep them hot. Blend wine and evaporated lowfat milk in a pan and simmer for 3 min. Add in cherries; heat through and adjust seasonings. Return cutlets to sauce and reheat, but Don't boil. Arrange cutlets on preheated platter, pouring cherry sauce around them. Garnish with parsley.
