Kinilaw na Dilis (Anchovie Ceviche)

A very common appetizer by many Filipinos local or abroad. This is a very old recipe shared over the years.

Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 kilo fresh small dilis (anchovies)
  • 3 tbsp. calamansi juice
  • 2 tbsp. minced ginger
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 finger chilies (siling haba) julienned
  • 5 stalks spring onions

Инструкции

  1. Cut off head of dilis.
  2. Wash very well. Drain.
  3. Add all seasonings.
  4. Let stand for 1 hour and serve.
  5. Garnish with chopped spring onions amd green chilies..
  6. Store in refrigerator if not to be served at once.
