- Meatballs:Mix ingredients well and form into 1/2" or possibly 3/4" balls.
- Put on large plate and chill while you do the sauce.
- Sauce:Put all in 5 quart dutch oven. Mix well, bring to boil.
- Add in meatballs carefully as not to break apart.
- Take the pot and shake it back and forth, gently, so as to coat meatballs with sauce.
- Cover, simmer for 1/2 hour.
- Stir gently, simmer UNCOVERED for 1 1/2 - 2 hrs, reducing sauce.
- Stir now and then,
- I make these in my Nesco 5 quart cooker sometimes.
