  • 2 1/2 lb Chuck roast sliced thin
  • 8 ounce Jim 'the elder' Cambells' Smokin' Chipotle Sauce, ( Kick ass for jerky)
  • 2 Tbsp. Pwdr garlic
  • 4 Tbsp. Wichishire sauce Salt Pepper Orange Hab Pwdr to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. Cumin

  1. Thats all there is to it. The Chipotle sauce added the sweetness to it and gave it some bite , but the sprinkling of hab pwdr kicked it up as Emeril would say " to notches unknown to mankind"
  2. For those of you with dehydrators you will love this Jerky :-))
