Рецепт Khichdi Pulao
Ingredients:
- Basmati Rice – 1 cup
- Moong Dal – 1/2 cup
- Coconut – 1/2
- Onions – 2, sliced
- Cloves – 3
- Green Chillies – 5, chopped
- Cashewnuts – 5 to 6
- Butter – 2 tblsp
- Annachipoo – little
- Salt – little
- Cinnamon – little
Method:
1. Dry roast the rice and dal separately. Keep aside.
2. Grind the coconut and extract 1 1/2 cups of coconut milk.
3. Heat butter in a pressure pan.
4. Add annachipoo, cinnamon, cloves, cashewnuts, onions and green chillies.
5. Saute well.
6. Add coconut milk, rice and moong dal.
7. Mix well.
8. Add salt and pressure cook till 1 whistle.
9. Serve hot.
