Рецепт Khakhra
Ingredients:
- Wheat Flour – 2 cups
- Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
- Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
- Salt as per taste
- Turmeric Powder – a pinch
- Ajwain – 1 tblsp
- Oil as required
Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients (except oil) in a bowl.
2. Knead well to a chapati dough consistency.
3. Make small balls and roll them into very thin rounds.
4. Heat little oil in a tawa over medium flame.
5. Cook the prepared kakras until crisp.
6. Remove and store them in a airtight container.
7. Serve as a teatime snack.
