  • 1/2 c. Butter
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. Granulated sugar
  • 1 x Egg, beaten
  • 3/4 c. Buttermilk
  • 1/4 c. Club soda
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 5 c. Bisquick biscuit mix

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 450 F.
  2. Combine all ingredients. Knead by hand till smooth.
  3. Flour your hands. Pat the dough flat to 3/4" thickness on wax paper and punch out biscuits with floured biscuit cutter.
  4. Bake on greased baking sheet till brown.
  5. Yield: 18 biscuits
