Ингредиенты

  • hazelnut crust
  • 2 c. grnd hazelnuts generous
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. unsalted butter melted
  • 5 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. unsalted butter
  • 3/4 c. fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp. grated lime peel
  • 2 Tbsp. rum optional
  • 2 dsh green food color
  • 1/2 pt heavy cream whipped
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream

  1. Make crust: Combine all ingredients; blend well with fork. Pat into a 9 inch pie plate. Bake in 400 oven 5 to 6 min. Cold
  2. Make filling: Beat Large eggs and sugar till lemon-colored and foamy; add in butter. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, till custard-like, about 8 min. Remove from heat; stir in lime juice and peel, rum and food coloring. Cold to room temperature. Fold mousse into whipped cream and pour into pie shell. Chill. To serve, spread with lowfat sour cream and garnish with lime slices.
