  • 1 x Key Lime
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 4 c. Water
  • 1 dsh Salt
  • 1/2 c. Key Lime juice

Инструкции

  1. Remove zest, the colored part of the rind, from 1 Key Lime, and cut into small pcs. Place zest and sugar in a blender or possibly food processor, and process till zest is finely minced. Pour mix into a 3 quart saucepan.
  2. Add in water and salt and heat till sugar dissolves. Cold.
  3. Add in sufficient water to Key Lime juice to make 2/3 c. liquid. Stir into cooled sugar mix. Pour into divided ice cube trays and freeze. Place frzn cubes in container of blender. Cover and process till cubes become a velvety slush.
  4. Scoop into individual goblets or possibly store, covered in the freezer.
  5. Makes about 4 1/2 c..
