Ингредиенты

  • 4 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 Tbsp. active dry yeast
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 4 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Инструкции

  1. Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Pour water and oil into center of flour mix. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Knead dough 15-20 min. Divide into 6 large balls. Roll each ball out into circles. Cut each circle into 4 triangles. Deep fry till brown.
  3. NOTES : Maandazis taste best when they are hot. They are served on any occasion, except as a dessert.
