- Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Pour water and oil into center of flour mix. Mix thoroughly.
- Knead dough 15-20 min. Divide into 6 large balls. Roll each ball out into circles. Cut each circle into 4 triangles. Deep fry till brown.
- NOTES : Maandazis taste best when they are hot. They are served on any occasion, except as a dessert.
