Рецепт Kara Sev
Ingredients:
- Besan flour - 4cups
- Rice flour - 1/2 cup
- Peppercorns - 2 tsp, crushed coarsely
- Jeera - 2 tsp, crushed
- Asafoetida Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Butter - 4 tsp
- Salt as per your taste
- Oil for deep frying
Kara sev plate or a boondi karandi with big holes
Method:
1. Mix besan flour, rice flour, pepper, jeera, asafetida, butter and salt.
2. Add water, little by little, and make a thick dough.
3. Heat oil in a kadai and hold the karaa sev plate above the oil.
4. Put a little dough on the plate and rub it. Small pieces of the dough will fall on the hot oil, so please be careful.
5. Fry the save till it becomes golden yellow and crisp.
6. Remove and store it in an airtight container.
