- Mix together the lemon pepper and grnd pepper in a small bowl; rub the mix all over the steak and let stand 15 min.
- Heat a heavy skillet over meidum heat. Add in the steak and sear till done to taste, about 6 min on each side for medium rare. Transfer to a cutting board and let stand 5 min before slicing thinly.
- Meanwhile, combine the greens, beans, radishes and artichoke hearts in a large mixing bowl. Combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, worcestershire, mustard, anchovy paste and chives in a small bowl. Pour all but 2 tbsp of the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
- Divide the salad among 4 dinner plates, proportionately divide the steak slices on top and spoon about 1/2 tbsp of the reserved dressing over each.
