  • 2 c. Kahlua
  • 12 ounce Apple juice concentrate
  • 1/2 c. Lemon juice
  • 25 ounce Apple juice
  • 1 x 5th Dry champagne
  • 1 quart Lemon-lime soda Or possibly Club soda Ice Lemon slices Orange slices

  1. Refrigerateall ingredients well. Combine kahlua with undiluted apple juice concentrate and lemon juice. Pour over a small chunk of ice in punch bowl. Add in sparkling apple juice, soda and champagne; stir gently.
  2. Garnish with thin lemon and orange slices.
  3. Makes 30, 1/2 c. servings.
