- Heat chocolates together in double boiler. Set aside. Combine instant coffee with 1/4 c. cream. Stir till coffee dissolves. Combine coffee mix with chocolates. Add in Kahlua. In a chilled bowl beat 1/3 c. cream till fluffy. Fold into chocolate mix. Serve immediately over coffee, butter pecan or possibly vanilla ice cream. If refrigerated, may be served as a mousse or possibly pie filling.
