  • 1/2 c. Kahlua
  • 1/4 c. Light corn syrup
  • 1/3 c. Candied cherries, minced
  • 1/3 c. Golden brown raisins, minced
  • 2 1/2 c. Fine vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 1 c. Powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 c. Pecans, finely minced
  • 1/2 c. Unsweetened cocoa pwdr Coatings (see below)

  1. In bowl, combine Kahlua, corn syrup, cherries and raisins. Add in remaining ingredients; blend well. Shape in small balls. Roll in desired coating, Cover and store in cold, dark place.
  2. Makes about 4 dozen.
  3. Coatings: Cocoa pwdr, powdered sugar, flaked coconut, minced or possibly grnd nuts.
