- Boil the Large eggs for 20 min. Drain Large eggs and run cool water over them.
- When cold sufficient to handle, remove shells. With a sharp knife, slice Large eggs length-wise, placing the white pcs on a plate and the yolks in a shallow bowl. Mash the yolks with a fork, then add in about 1 Tbsp. vinegar for each 6 Large eggs, salt & pepper, and sufficient Miracle Whip to make the yoks fluffy and smooth. Fill the white pcs generously. Lightly sprinkle with paprika. Refrigeratebefore serving.
