- Grate the artichokes into a mixing bowl. Add in green onion, red pepper, flour, salt and spices and toss to mix. Stir in Large eggs and mix well.
- Heat the oil till the surface ripples in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Scoop the batter by Tbsp. into the skillet and flatten with a spatula. Fry till the batter is crisp and brown, about 2 min on each side. Drain on paper towels while repeating with the remaining batter. Serve warm.
