2 c. crushed pretzels
1/3 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 (8 ounce) Philadelphia cheese

1 c. powdered sugar
1 egg
8 ounce Cold Whip

Mix above ingredients and make crust in 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. Let cool.
