  • 1 x Regular-Sized Pkg. Sugar-Free Jello (Any Flavor - Though Strawberry Is Very Good!)
  • 1 ct Fat-Free Cold Whip Thawed
  • 1 can Crushed Pineapple (Packed In Own Fruit No Sugar Added), Juice Liquid removed

  1. Mix jello according to package directions. Chill till hard. In big bowl, break up jello into bite-sized pcs. Add in liquid removed pineapple and cold whip. Mix well. Spoon over slices of angel food cake.
  2. Variation: try substituting the fruits for the pineapple, such as crushed strawberries (with artificial sweetener), etc. Also, vary flavors of sugar-free jello to compliment your fruit choices.
