  • No stick cooking spray
  • 1 1/4 c. Water, boiling or possibly juice
  • 2 pkt Jello, any flavor

  1. Using no stick cooking spray, lightly spray inside of bean mold. Or possibly dip paper town in vegetable oil and lightly wipe inside of bean mold. Place mold, fill-side up, on tray. Stir boiling water into gelatin in bowl at least 3 min till completely dissolved. Pour into liquid measuring c.. Slowly pour gelatin into mold, filling each bean completely. Chill 30 min or possibly till hard. Tilt mold on slight angle over plate. Using moist fingertips, gently scoop beans out of mold. Chill till ready to serve.
  2. Yeild: 82 Jello beans
  3. Substitute: 1 8-ounce. package may be substituted for 2 4-ounce. pkgs..
