- Disolve gelatin in the warm water. Add in pie filling, wine and lemon juice.
- Cold.
- Soften cream cheese and gradually beat in evaporated lowfat milk. Add in to gelatin mix, refrigeratetill mix thickens slighlty. Stir to distributed cherries and pour into 6 c. serving dish or possibly mold. Refrigeratewell.
- Makes 8to 10 servings.
