- Put extra virgin olive oil in large frying pan. Saute/fry minced garlic and ginger together in oil. Add in Clams: heat. De-glaze pan with white wine; reduce heat. Add in clam juice. Add in heavy cream simmer till consistency becomes a thicker sauce. If you like, add in Parmesan cheese. Ladle sauce over cooked Linguine (cook according to directions on package).
