- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Instant dashi powder
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tsp Corn flour + 2tsp water as thickening
- 1/2 tsp Wasabi paste or more for extra kick (optional)
